Had an excellent Christmas Day lunch at the Bear. The lowest stress Christmas that I have ever had. Food was extremely good and the welcome and service were warm and attentive. Really good. Graham and his family are wonderful hosts. Would thoroughly recommend the Bear and Ragged Staff.

The bar staff were really pleasant. The music playing felt like it was a catered play list. The food was brilliant. I'm not usually fussed about chips but they were gorgeous. The Burger was delicious. The only change I would make would be more vegetarian options.

A lovely country pub. Excellent food prepared to order. Unusual and bespoke way of presenting the food which made it more exciting and enjoyable to eat. Friendly staff and a quirky atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
