Had to stay here for work a few times. The reception and restaurant staff are absolutely amazing, accommodated me with every query I had and made me feel very welcome. However, the room itself wasn't completely clean when checking in, there was hairs on the bed, and in the bath drain.
Premier Inn Staff were wonderfully accommodating, room was lovely, can't fault them. The breakfast over at the Harvester however was a disappointment. Only having the continental option they were very much lacking in any fresh juice, crossaints, milk, cups, glasses etc. All the tables were also not cleared as I'd arrived at 8.30. Definitely not up to the usual standards for a Premier Inn.
Good modern Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Good parking. 20 minute walk from town centre.
Stayed here following a wedding at Farnham Castle on 12/01/19 and can't fault it. For 30 the room was more than adequately appointed, but a very comfy bed, desk, tea/coffee facilities and decent shower. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater was surprisingly good (and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive).
