I found Hoops Velo when I was looking for a bike fit on a brand new bike I had purchased elsewhere and had yet to use. The team at Hoops Velo set me up on the bike and provided great coffee. They spotted a couple of issues with the bike and advised I contact the shop where I purchased it from. One of the issues was that the tubless tyres had not been glued /taped on ' quite serious and would have almost certainly lead to an accident. I did so and got approval for Hoops Velo to remedy the issues. Great service- thanks ever so much!
Cant praise Hoops enough! Purchased mountain bikes for my daughter and myself, Dave listened to our requirements and offered options for us to choose from. Once we had decided on our bikes, we had a fitting, suggestions were made and requests listened to........we now own bespoke bikes that fit our needs perfectly.Hoops are professional, patient and offer great advice.
I left my bike with the guys at Hoops for a service and they couldn't have been better. My bike had been overdue some TLC for a while so there were multiple problems that the team were more than happy to solve and chat to me about. The customer service and professionalism of the team was great throughout the process from start to finish and I'd recommend the shop to anyone.
