OMG, please fix the flipping door I've been asking you to fix for months,. BANG...BANG...BANG every 30 seconds.
I've tried calling this store multiple times, whatever option you chose no-one ever answers the phone. I can't afford to take time out of work to drive to the store unless I know whether the service I require is available when I get there. In store, you get good customer service from the staff, so why the heck can't they get someone to man the phone and deal with enquirers?
I wanted a dashcam hard wired, but with a brand new car that had only covered 200 miles I was apprehensive about having someone armed with a screwdriver, fiddling about with the electrics. However, when I arrived at the store, the chap that I spoke to was the actual engineer that was going to do the fitting. He explained exactly what he was going to do, in a clear and precise manner, expelling my fears. He did a brilliant job, well within the stated time, and when finished asked me to inspect his work. I was well impressed and would reccomend Halfords Farnham to anyone wanting a dashcam fitted.
