I have had a few experiences now in dealing with the team at e-bikeshop in particular with Martin and every time I have a question or an issue the responses to my emails are always fast and contain dialog leaving me to believe that he truly cares about his customers.I live on the west coast of Canada and bought an Sduro in 2015 and have enjoyed it immensely right up until I encountered my first problem with the bike over 3 years later.I had an issue that would require a warranty claim to which I thought I would have a very hard time getting but was I wrong. I emailed the shop and received an email immediately from Martin and from that moment on I was taken care of above and beyond what anyone would expect especially considering I am on a different continent.There were many emails and I was never left wondering what was happening and in the end I am now back riding a wonderful 2019 Haibike Xduro. I would recommend this shop to anyone no matter your location or interest level in e bikes.I tell my story every chance I get. I could not be happier with my experience. Thankyou so much.
Very bad serviceThey only want to take your money fast and after that good luckI bought a GS gocycle and before I buy it I ask them if the bike is good for the hills and they told me that this bike has been designed for hillsI try it the first day and of course it s not going up on the hills You need to put a lot of effort and strong feetI said to ebike the bike is not going on the hill and I want to refund me and they said they dont accept itThey proposed to me to take it back for 1900 and I paid 2600 but only as an exchange for another stronger bike which cost 3700This is their service
An truly awesome ebike shop I bought my bike, a Haibike xDuro Fullseven RC back in 2015 from e-bikeshop.co.uk, which has been an excellent and fun bike to own, and definitely gets you out to places you wouldn't have gone on a normal bike, I did have a dead battery after nearly 3 years of continuous use, which is unfortunately outside the 2 year warranty, so sadly I had to buy a new battery, they advised me that I could go for the new 500w battery instead of the 400w battery, which now gives me a lot more mileage on the bike, they also updated my bike and gave it a free checkup and service while it was with them, so I came out with a lovely new feeling bike again, they have an excellent after sales service, including always having spare parts and also any tools you may need, a lot of which I have purchased, which helps with maintenance on the bike.This bike has given my years of fun, plus saved me a fortune in petrol, cycling to work.I have now decided to get a second bike from them, for trail riding, the Haibike xDuro Allmtn 10.0 which will arrive in March/April 2019, I'm extremely excited to try out the new flyon motor, and I'm sure I'll get the same top quality after care service from them also.Plus I can't wait for Martin's YouTube video explaining all the features and extras on this bike, which there are a lot of.A definite recommended ebike shop, and one very happy customer
I have bought 2 bikes from e bike shop, they are good at selling. However when the bolt that holds the chain stays in place snapped I have been fobbed off and had terrible customer service regarding the replacement part. Have now given up and am having the part machined locally. It has taken 2.5 weeks to get to a point where I have been told the part is delayed from the supplier. Either part is in stock or not. Huge waste of time and a big issue for me as I commute on my bike as well as ride most weekends.Originally gave a one star, they have now resolved the issue to my satisfaction
