Can be difficult to get an appointment but I find all of the staff, GP's and especially the nurses to be full of compassion, care and generally lovely people.
Can never get an appointment, receptionists are rude and even question you on why you need an Appointment! Even when you turn up to the walk in family planning clinic you often get turned away because I lts "full". Absolute shambles
I have been trying to get an appointment for the last 4 weeks & still cannot get one even though on my last prescription the doctor asked me to make an urgent appointment to discuss my treatment. The reception staff are unhelpful & keep telling me to ring at 8am, I start work at 7am & and a driver & work until 5pm! How can I do this??! You would expect that with 2 surgeries Farnham Dene & The Bourne I could get an appointment hopefully I won't end up in A& E.
They never answer the phones the best way to get an appt is to literally go in to reception and book there. I did find however if you can be bothered to go through all the hoops of registering on line you can then book an appt very easily on line. So much easier if its an appt you want.
You ring at 8.30 in the morning youd be lucky to get though after 3 hrs! Reception rude they think they own the surgury waited for over an hour when i finally went in the doctor said how are you? And i said my 1yr old hasnt been to good as shes allergic to milk,and she said that how i greet you not whats up with her all sarky could not believe it!! She then sais What up with her!!! How rude and contradicting! I asked for a non dairy milk and she insinuated that she would not be percribing it on percription as i can buy it like i was a freeloader so angry right now all i wamt is for my lil girl to be better the doctor was so rude and nasty will be getting another doctors the vets treat my dog better if you want a doctor with some compashion look else where disgraceful surgury and nasty staff!!!
