Every single time I have tried to arrange an appointment it has been marred by administrative issues and the receptionists are rude and incompetent. Doctors are nice though.

Agree with other reviews. Reception team have no idea of customer service or apathy. I waited the mandatory 20 mins after the appointment time. Asked whether it would be much longer. Told they were a little behind. As mentioned 20 mins late is pretty standard. Even when you are the second appointment of the day. Waited a further 20 minutes before being called to the desk by what appeared to be manager of something to be told appointment shouldnt have been booked as the nurse prationer doesnt work that day and I would have to come back. As you can imagine I voiced my opinion on their inability to run a surgery and requested that the surgery manager call me to explain and get me an urgent appointment. Yes you guessed it nothing. Amazingly then received a request to give feedback. Was honest again and asked to get a call from them to discuss further. You guessed it no response. When you say healthcare I dont think this surgery picks up on the fact it is care as they clearly dont.
The receptionist is incredibly rude, just arrived with two young children for vaccinations and they had lost my appointment. No apologies, in fact was told to go private! The nurses and doctors here are lovely and I've always been pleased with their care but the level of customer service on reception is appalling.
Wow, the attitude of the receptionist here never ceases to amaze me, literally the worst. Very unhelpful and obnoxious, something that in any other industry would not be tolerated. In all fairness to the NHS my GP was absolutely great, and very helpful. Just ashame about team on the door.
