Had my Corsa sent here for an MOT, it failed on needing the ABS system reconditioned (which I was fine with) and they estimated it would take a week because the car had to be sent off. Inconvenient, but alright. Three weeks and several phone calls asking for an update later, my car is finally fixed. They made no effort to contact me in this time. Not even to tell me that the ABS system was entirely replaced because they couldn't fix it, jacking the price up 300. When I brought up this lack of communication when I went to collect it, I was brushed off and dismissed, saying it was half the price that it would have been had I taken it to a Vauxhall garage, when the price wasn't even my biggest frustration. I was basically told not to come back, which is exactly what I will be doing.
