Unfortunately, my little Citroen C3 lets me down A LOT and I have been to multiple garages to have all sorts fixed. I moved to Farnham recently and when, undoubtedly, my car brakes went, I came to Hawthorns. They are, by far, the BEST garage I have ever dealt with.As a student, it's hard to have a car that keeps letting you down (especially when you don't know a lot about cars) but Hawthorns are so understanding and have continued to provide an excellent standard of service and humanism. I would 110% recommend taking your car here.

Cannot fault the service here, both service and sales.Wanted a pretty specific model of Audi which despite months of trying had failed to find. James was tasked with sourcing it for me and found exactly what I was looking for, even down to most of the spec options. Seeing as I hadn't managed to find the engine I wanted with Quattro it was pretty impressive!The services since have been a breeze and so easy to book in and communication great throughout. Too often I have been burdened with Main Dealers (MBZ especially) who ring you at 4.55pm to say the 1 hour job scheduled at 10am has overrun and the car won't be back until tomorrow. Not once has this happened with Hawthorns. When there is an issue with a part or delay in any way they quickly call you and ensure you are aware of everything going on. The text reminders are great, telling you your MOT has 2/3 weeks left and one even telling you it's passed and ready to collect. Very efficient.Thank you James and Jane for continued great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them (and regularly do) and I know where I'm sourcing my next car from, if I ever give this one up!Alex
