What a disaster! Sales dept bluntly blames the Service dept for not having organised a loan car properly. Really not helpful and shameful service. The gentleman on the phone even told me its not my problem, was really not cunstructive and very negative and even if I was proposing solutions to a problem they created, the only answer I got was a big no!

I needed my car serviced asap as my partner was a week from due date, but couldn't use the car as It was close to the mileage limit for my warranty. Explained the situation to VW and they managed to squeeze my car in within a few days, everyone else was fully booked for over a week. Massive help to me now I can use my car again. Fantastic service. Plus, cost with pretty much the same as all the other garages, great service at a reasonable cost.
