Good service, friendly, plenty of active staff. Lovely artisan work. Going on baking etc. The floor area around the counter could be swept but hopefully that does happen occasionally.

Artisan bakery, maybe, but definitely not an artisan coffee shop. Gails has its own roastery apparently but the staff wasnt well informed on the coffee source, roast, notes etc. My order, a cappuccino, was just hot milk with cocoa sprinkle. The barista did not even try to texture the milk or work on some foam. Bad raining from Gails. Coffee is pricey though, not worth the money they charging.The craft of coffee making is lacking across the boar. U.K. really needs to up it game when it comes to Italian coffee drinks.Did get service with a smile, three stars for that.
This is a very nice bakery with very nice drinks and amazing bread. This is a great place if you need a break from walking around and want a nice coffee. I highly recommend this coffee shop and their sourdoughs.
Check your bag. Ordered a few items, only to get home and realise they hadn't packed them. Don't live nearby, so not worth the petrol returning to get my money back.
