I love the vary type of these breads & cakes, take away home or can sit thete for providing a cup of tea or coffee likely French or Italian styles.
Apart from lovely service that the ladies provide there isn't anything nice about this horrible bread that they sell! I won't even mention the sweet selection such as croissants etc!! awful, awful shouldn't be even called croissants!! you'd be better making your own bread from the bread machine at home! Yet, some people will buy this because they don't know the taste of REAL bread!! Bread that takes time to bake, bread that doesn't make you sick and bloated! which this does because is a quick "Sh@!" !! Try bread from i.e. Gail's bakery in Farnham and you'll know what I mean !!*** Love the reply below- indeed charming!! Yet, my husband it's still your customer from time to time as this is the only "local bakery". I won't change my opinion- the stuff you sell it's NOT nice- please don't even call your sourdough a sourdough!! Texture like a chewy gum! Fermentation? I don't think so! It's the same as buying ready made bread from a supermarket. So maybe you should look into your recipes and look to improve rather than criticise your customers??
