I visit this shop every now and again, the service is amazing and the selection of mens shoes are great. I did recently get Bowleys to send a pair of my barker shoes back to the factory for a resole, a service I neve know they provided. The shoes came back like new.
Went in on Monday and was very disappointed that neither one of the two sales assistants acknowledged me on the way or on the way out. I tried two different types of boots, one pair of which I would like to have bought but again, I wasn't asked if I needed any help or wanted to try on the other boot. Such a shame as previous experiences have been very good.
Loveky shie shop. Staff were very helpful. A great Sale on at present. On my 2 pair purchased wish I could have justified the other 2 pair I left behind
