Much to my surprise Savills got us just on 10% above their guide price which was well over 100, 000 more than 2 other reputable agents in Farnham. The way they conducted a "bidding war" was most professional and the result is that the estate of my late sister will benefit accordingly and far exceed what I had expected. The fact that the new owners are delighted with their purchase leaves everyone very happy. The staff were a delight to deal with, contrary to the hassle I have had due to gross errors from both my Bank and Solicitor. A big thank you to Laura and Rory.
