I cant recommend them enough. I had a eternity ring made for me up in London. It basically was a disappointment they made it 3 sizes to big and the service was awfuland the design was not quite right. I came to see Richard to see if he could help he totally remade the ring as I was told by other shop that I could not really get what I asked for . He really took his time both him and Vanessa helping me design my new ring. They explained everything to me in such great detail. So professional. I picked the ring up today and its perfect its excatly what I wanted. I just wish I gone to them in the first place but I gone to Hatton garden as I thought I would get great service and good quality ring. If only I gone to Richard first . Great team . Keep up the good work. 1 very happy customer.
Fantastic service. Richard is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was able to walk us through all available options for our custom wedding bands without once making us feel pressured to buy. He is competitively priced but his service is head and shoulders above all the other jewellers we visited. Throughout the process we were invited back to see the ring at each stage and ensure we were happy. Every time we went back he remembered who we were and made us feel so welcome .We picked up our rings today and are over the moon! My wedding band fits perfectly around my vintage engagement ring and looks like they should be a set! Thank you Richard, we will certainly be returning!
