The best practice I've been to. The receptionists are always kind, patient and very helpful. The wait for a doctor can be a bit long sometimes but some apts need more time than others. I never felt rushed at any of my apt ever. I've seen a few doctors and I've been always listen to patiently. Thank you for your hard work.

Awful. Take time off work for appointments which are always 40 minutes to 1 hour behind schedule. Time keeping needs addressing. Reception never give you warning either for the GP's running very behind. GP's are not the only ones that are busy!! I always seem to be after a person with a 40 minutes appointment! How is this possible when 20 minutes is a maximum time seeing a GP!!!
Such a poor service, always at least 30 minutes late normally more like an hour.
Worst hospital Ive been to. I have the displeasure of having to use this as my local and always have bad experiences. GPs have always diagnosed me wrongly and offered unsuitable creams (for an exorbitant 8.60 fee). Appointments have been cancelled 30 minutes before theyre scheduled to start, after Ive taken time off work. Avoid.
