We purchased a new bed here and were delighted with the overall service received. The staff were very patient and were happy to set up different combinations of base and mattress to help us to choose. They also had an in depth comprehensive knowledge of the products (not always a given these days). We have also to make a special mention of the delivery service and the men who removed the old bed and installed the new. We could tell immediately that we were in the hands of professionals. It was clearly not an easy task to manipulate the old double bed parts down a relatively narrow stairwell and then bring up the new. They took great care at every stage and we were much impressed with their overall skill and competence.
Very helpful friendly staff and excellent delivery service, judging by recent experience when we purchased a couple of fairly expensive items. A significant problem arose with one of them which was resolved promptly with the minimum of fuss and in a most reassuring way.
