disgraceful service, van hired and accidental very minor scratch to the van (could have been caused by brushing past a bush) resulted us being forced to pay hundreds for something which could be touched up with paint and would also be unnoticeable if you did it on your own car. Don't hire a van from here for work unless you are planning on transporting feather pillows or cotton wool because they will charge an extortionate amount for the slightest ding or scrape!
Hired and bought many vans from LMC, always polite, professional and good quality vans. Tried others for hiring dont get the same service, dont agree with the last comment they always let you know about damage costs before you hire even to the rims of wheels so if you dont want to hire a decent vehicle I would suggest going to a scrap yard and use one of theirs. Great service guys will keep using you.
I used this company due to the convenience of it being local. However I would not recommend this company , especially if you are planning on using a Luton Van. They like to keep their vehicles in brand new condition, which is fair enough, and a desirable asset for many people i am sure. But when you consider renting a Luton Van - they are very wide work vehicles, and due to their nature and size, are highly susceptible to wear and tear even from the most careful users. In my case, the van sustained a minor scratch which could have been caused brushing past a twig on a tree. This damage cost me 430! which i am still shocked about. I have hired vans before, and in a lot of cases, this would not be an issue worthy of such a large fee, but due to their policy on brand new vehicles, I was penalised heavily.Do not rent with out insurance as the likelihood of incurring even slight damage is very high, and the cost of repairs very high.

I have rented several vans and a car from LMC over the past few years. Always well maintained and clean and at a very good price. One of the most useful things is that you can drop the vehicle back even after they've closed and pop the keys in a secure box. Not something you can do with many other rental places.
