I have not had a good experience with these people. Promised dispatch after 72 hrs, 1 week later when I called the person at receptions said they didn't know where the order was but someone would call. They never did even after 3 calls and sending an email. When the order arrived they had printed 1 wrong image and another was badly mounted. I rang numerous times to complain and ask for refund/reprint. Told to wait for phone calls after 3 times no call!. Finally had to resort to instructing my bank to do a charge back on the transaction. Very disappointed!
